What Habits Are You Building Each Day?

Did you know that every day you are building habits that will lead you either to success or failure. Your choice! How so?

Everything you think – everything you say – everything you do – everything you decide is either building a faith habit or a fear habit into your life.

Under ConstructionIn other words: Your daily decisions and your daily actions predict your future (John Di Lemme).

Here is a question to consider:
What habits did I start to form, or build on today?

Another question:
Do I REALLY want the habits I strengthen today to grow more?

In other words: Are they the ones that will lead me to reach my dreams and my goals? Do they need to be replaced with NEW habits?

It is always good to stop and take stock of what we are thinking and doing, things that sometimes we do so automatically in the course of our day.

Your positive mindset is formed (or destroyed) by:

  • the thoughts that you think every day.
  • the words you repeat every day.
  • every decision you make every day.
  • every reaction you have towards the events of each day.

The Problem:
So many times you and I think, speak, act and even decide without REALLY thinking. So how can we change those things?

The Solution:

The key is to become CONSCIOUS of what you are really thinking – deciding – and doing.

You cannot change what you don’t admit needs changing.
You change admit something needs changing if you don’t even notice it right?

Some quick tips to help you build positive habits in your life:

  • Make a decision that you are going to become more aware of the habits you are building in your life.
  • THINK before you speak, act or decide.
  • Spend time every day filling your mind with good motivational teaching, reading, listening.
  • Spend time every day speaking out affirmations that will lead you to fulfill your dreams.
