			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img src = "http://kiwitx.com/explosivewords.JPG" alt = "Positively explosive words" class = "alignright"/><strong>Did you know that your words can be explosive? </strong>No, I don&#8217;t mean that you spend your days exploding in the sense of getting angry with everyone around you. </p>
<p><strong>Your explosive words can be positively explosive</strong> (as opposed to that impression of a negative explosion that usually comes to your mind when you hear that word &#8220;explosive&#8221;). </p>
<p>When we talk about <strong>your words being explosive,</strong> we are focusing on the real power of your words. This is something to really stop and think about today. </p>
<p>Today we are looking at affirmation #129 of John Di Lemme&#8217;s <a href = "http://www.LifeStyleFreedomClub.com/cmd.php?af=1039353" title = "Lifestyle Freedom Club" target = "blank">210 Day Lifestyle Freedom Club Affirmation Challenge</a> that I am involved in and blogging about. </p>
<p>Affirmation #129 of this challenge is all about explosive words. </p>

<h3>My words are explosive</h3>
</div>
<p>Every word you speak will is a seed you are sowing into your future AND at the same time your words are creating the atmosphere for your today. </p>
<p><strong>Yes that&#8217;s right</strong> &#8211; every word you speak (and think) will have TWO main effects on your life:<br />
1. Your words (and thoughts) create your present atmosphere.<br />
2. Your words (and thoughts) are the seeds to your future. </p>
<div class = "topiccent">So it is a good idea to create a habit of stopping to think BEFORE you speak!</div>
<p><strong>Spontaneous words:</strong><br />
But what about those spontaneous words that come out of your mouth before you even have time to think? Where did they come from?</p>
<p>They came from your subconscious mind. This is why it is very important to make a DAILY habit of training your subconscious mind (or your mindset) by:</p>
<ul>
<li>Reading good positive teaching and inspirational books.
</li>
<li>Listening to good positive teaching and inspirational audios and videos.
</li>
<li>Making a practice of avoiding listening to negative chatter, gosip and conversations. Walk away from them! </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Today&#8217;s Challenge:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Realize that the world around you has been subtly filling your subconscious mind with negative seeds.
</li>
<li>Make a decision to create a deliberate DAILY habit of training your mindset with positive seeds.
</li>
<li>Write down a learning plan that you will follow. </li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Here is a secret for you:</strong><br />
If you are not consciously building your belief structure every day, then you are unconsciously building it by default (and the world&#8217;s default is negative and full of fear). </p>
<p>Now you may be thinking, how does that work?</p>
<p><strong>We live in a world full of influences.</strong> Every day, in fact every second of every day, your brain is receiving information from one or more of your five senses. </p>
<p><strong>Creating Your Mindset</strong><br />
You use your will and your mind to process this information and either store it in your subconscious mind or discard it. Your WILL decides where this information goes, and under which category, <strong>at least this is what should happen.</strong> </p>
<p>Your subconscious mind is your mindset (or belief structure). This is the fixed program of your mind which greatly influences how you interpret future pieces of information. </p>
<div class = "topiccent">This is why it is so imperative that your will is fully engaged in the<br />
information archiving or discarding process.</div>
<p>Your five senses work as a team with each sense participating according to its function. This is the IDEAL situation. </p>
<p><strong>Problems:</strong><br />
I am sure that you have heard it said &#8220;a team is as strong as its weakest link&#8221; right? Well the same could be said of your &#8220;sensory team&#8221;. Too many people have allowed their wills to become weak or even worse to lie dormant, or their emotions to play a greater role than they were designed to. </p>
<blockquote><p>This creates a wrong balance and of course you will end up building (by default) a negative and erroneous belief structure.</p>
<div class ="topiccent">Your WILL was designed to be the captain of your sensory team. </div>

<p>This is why today&#8217;s affirmation is so important. We have reached Day 62 of the <a href = "http://www.LifeStyleFreedomClub.com/cmd.php?af=1039353" title = "Lifestyle Freedom Club" target = "blank">210 Day Lifestyle Freedom Club Affirmation Challenge</a> that I am involved in and blogging about. </p>
<p>Today&#8217;s affirmation contains<strong> a golden key</strong> that shows you exactly HOW to build your belief structure for success. It is also a &#8220;wake up call&#8221; for your will. </p>

<p><strong>The wake up call:</strong><br />
When you affirm, &#8220;I am consistently and constantly building my belief structure&#8221; you are really saying: My will is in charge, and this is what I am going to do. My will IS in charge and ONLY positive faith building information is allowed to enter my mindset (subconscious mind). </p>
<p>In other words, you are calling your WILL to action. </p>
<p><strong>The secret to a belief structure for success:</strong><br />
The very foundation of your belief structure for success is your &#8220;WHY&#8221; (you life purpose). This truth is &#8220;hidden&#8221; in today&#8217;s affirmation where it says: I am building my belief structure with my Why Rollover&#8221;. </p>
<p>What does this mean? This is a term created by the author of all of these affirmations that we are following. <a href = "http://www.LifeStyleFreedomClub.com/cmd.php?af=1039353" title = "Lifestyle Freedom Club" target = "blank">John Di Lemme</a>, the founder of Lifestyle Freedom Club teaches the following:</p>

<li>Write your WHY on a index card which is kept by your bed.<br />
Every morning when you wake up, the first thing you do as you roll out of bed is to grab your &#8220;Why card&#8221; and read it out loud.

First, let's answer the question: <strong>What is fear? </strong>]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://kiwitx.com/fearterminated.jpg" alt="My words are terminating Fear" class="alignright"><strong>The number one hindrance</strong> to any attempt you may make to change something or to get ahead in life is fear. </p>
<p>Fear is that hidden enemy that is ready to ambush you when you least expect it. </p>
<ul>
<li>Fear will paralyze you, making it difficult if not impossible to move out of your comfort zone and take action on your plans.
</li>
<li>Fear will stop you from turning your dreams into reality and leave you in the land of &#8220;I wish&#8221;. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>How did fear become such a strong enemy in your life?</strong></p>
<p>First, let&#8217;s answer the question: <strong>What is fear? </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Fear is a belief system.
</li>
<li>Fear is faith contaminated.
</li>
<li>Fear is faith in evil, faith in the worst that could happen. </li>
</ul>
<div class = "topiccent">Faith expects the best while fear expects the worst.</div>
<p><strong>How did your belief systems get built?</strong><br />
Everything that you hear, read, see, touch, taste and smell makes an impact on your life. Some things make a small impact, sometimes it may be so small that it is unnoticeable. Some things make a large impact on you.</p>
<p>Every impact or impression that touched your life through one of your 5 senses, which are like gates, was processed in your mind. You may a decision and took action on every one of those impressions. </p>
<p>Those decisions and actions went into your subconscious mind to build your belief system. </p>
<p>Many of those decisions you made not just with thoughts, but they were accompanied by emotions. The more passionate the decision, the stronger the addition to your belief system. </p>
<ul>
<li>A positive decision accompanied by emotion or passion builds faith into your life.
</li>
<li>A negative decision accompanied by emotion or passion builds fear into your life. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Do you have any control over this building process?</strong><br />
Absolutely! First let&#8217;s take a look at an interesting verse found in the Book of Proverbs in the Bible. </p>
<div class = "topiccent">As a man thinks, so is he. Proverbs 23:7</div>
<p>This verse is actually the very foundation for much of the teaching that is known as the Law of Attraction today, as well as being the foundation for faith teaching. </p>
<p>If you go back to the original language that Solomon used to write this statement, you will find that the word &#8220;think&#8221; actually means the gatekeeper! Interesting no?</p>
<p><strong>What does this mean for you?</strong><br />
This means that your thoughts are the gatekeeper of your life.</p>
<ul>
<li>With your thoughts you decide what impact those impressions that touch your life will have on your emotions.
</li>
<li>With your thoughts you shield or protect your emotions AND in the process you protect your belief system.
</li>
<li>With your thoughts you decide whether you want to build a belief system of faith or one of fear. </li>
</ul>
<p>What are thoughts? They are words! </p>
<p><strong>Today is Day 58</strong> of following the <a href = "http://www.LifeStyleFreedomClub.com/cmd.php?af=1039353" title = "Lifestyle Freedom Club" target = "blank">210 Day Lifestyle Freedom Club Affirmation Challenge</a>. Today&#8217;s affirmation is all about conquering fear with your words. </p>

<h3>My words are terminating Fear out of my life NOW!</h3>

<p>You can retrain your thought process by deliberately speaking out positive words of faith. Because it is your voice speaking those words, your gatekeeper will allow those words to enter into your subconscious mind. </p>
<p>Positive words will displace all the negative words that may be there. Yes, you CAN terminate fear from your life!</p>

<p>Speak this out today AND take action. Make sure that your words ARE designed to terminate fear in your life NOW. </p>
<p>This will release you to step out and take the action you really want to take because that paralyzing force called fear is being terminated in your life. </p>
<p>You can do it! You have the control. Take it! Start speaking out those words that will have fear crying out SOS as it is terminated from your life.</p>

It is also so much easier to keep up the discipline of your daily program of self development, right eating and exercise when everything around you is going well. 

<strong>Setbacks do happen</strong>]]></description>

<p>I don&#8217;t have to tell you that life can have its ups and downs. </p>
<p>When everything is running smoothly, it is easy to maintain a positive attitude and keep your thoughts focused. Right?</p>
<p>It is also so much easier to keep up the discipline of your daily program of self development, right eating and exercise when everything around you is going well. </p>
<p><strong>Setbacks do happen</strong><br />
But as you well know, no matter how well we plan our goals and strategies setbacks do happen. These are the times when we find out just how positive our mindset is and how determined to win we really are. </p>
<p><strong>Setbacks reveal what you and I are REALLY made of</strong><br />
When an unexpected failure or setback crosses your path you may suddenly find yourself saying (or thinking) things like, “why did this have to happen now” or even “why do these things keep happening?”. </p>
<p>Wait a minute! What happened? Where did that come from? What happened to my positive mindset (you might be thinking)?</p>
<p>Worse still, the impact of the situation may be so strong that you totally lose your cool and the positive mindset you have been working so hard to create seems to have gone out the window. </p>
<p>Does this mean you have lost your way on the road to success?  Of course not. </p>
<p>But it <strong>DOES mean</strong> that you need to take notice of what is happening, and deal with the root so that it will not be able to sabotage your success. </p>
<p><strong>So where do reactions like this come from? </strong></p>
<p>There are still some archives in your subconscious mind that need to be cleaned out. </p>
<p>No, they are not memories. They are decisions you made in the past when you faced a severe discouragement or were disillusioned over something that happened.<br />
<strong><br />
Your mind&#8217;s filing cabinet needs a clean out.</strong><br />
These decisions were stored in your subconscious mind under the heading: Negative Expectations. They are there waiting to “ambush you” when things get tough.</p>
<p>Every day you and I make multiple decisions. Some are conscious, and other times we may be so busy reacting to a situation, we don’t even realize we made a decision. But nevertheless these conclusions are stored away in our subconscious mind. </p>
<p>You may have thought or said something like this:</p>
<p><strong>1. Well, that does not work!</strong><br />
<em>(What you really mean is that it has not worked for you &#8230;. yet. Perhaps you gave up too early).</em></p>
<p><strong>2. It seems like success is just not for me!</strong><br />
<em>(What you really mean is that you have not achieved your goal &#8230;. yet. So why are you giving up so quickly?)</em></p>
<p>These declarations you spoke or thought were stored away in your mind as facts, and they became filters for future experiences.</p>
<p>These filters are the hidden <strong>negative expectations</strong> that can jump you at any given moment when the pressure is on. They are the motivating energy behind those negative words that come flying out of your mouth when something discouraging happens.</p>
<blockquote><p>If you allow these expectations to stay in your mind, you are in danger of having your success sabotaged.</p></blockquote>
<p><strong>One thing you can do TODAY</strong>  that will help you to start dismissing every negative expectation from your mind and free you to push and reach your dreams of <a name = "find">success in life.</a></p>
<p style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Look for the root!  &#8211; Find Them Out!</strong></p>
<p>Identify and face the negative decisions that caused the expectation. Discover the root! Find it out! How?</p>
<p><strong>1. Recognize</strong> that the negative words that &#8220;jumped you&#8221; when you were ambushed by a setback of some kind actually came from <strong>YOUR</strong> subconscious mind. </p>
<p>The first step to turning around ANY negative habit, is to identify its existence and face it.</p>
<p>When you face a weakness or anything negative in your life, it loses its power over you. Why? Because the negative works in the dark. The positive works in the light!</p>
<p><strong>2. Take note </strong>of the actual words you spoke. They will help you remember the moment you made a decision which empowered these words. </p>
<p><strong>3. Now you can start</strong> making a conscious effort to <strong>reprogram</strong> that area of your mind.</p>
<p>So there are three main things you can do to eliminate these negative expectations from your life.<br />
1. Find them out. (We looked at today)<br />
2. Drive them out. What you can do to completely expel these attitudes from your life.<br />
3. Keep them out. How you can keep these thought patterns from coming back. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://mindsetforliving.com/images/dreamstime_9882029.jpg" alt="Stressed man" align="left" />Our daily lives are full of encounters, impacts and impressions. Some are positive and some are negative. We deal with those encounters according to the belief and value system that is already archived in our subconscious minds.</p>
<p>These archives in our mind were created across the years by our experiences, our reactions to them and the decisions we made as a result of these experiences.</p>
<p>What? Your belief and value system was not created by your environment, by your parents or by people in your life?</p>
<p>Nope. They were created by your reactions to that environment and the people you have been around across the years. <strong>YOU</strong> created the foundation that resides in your subconscious mind.</p>
<p><strong>So who&#8217;s to blame?</strong><br />
Do you see something here. So many people blame outside circumstances and other people for the way they are today. But it is no one else&#8217;s fault but yours and mine. You and I are who we are because of the way we reacted to or responded to the many influences on our lives.</p>
<p>Sure, some folk had a kick start because of early strong positive influences in their lives. But they still had to allow those influences to directly influence them positively. They had to make a decision to let those influences take a part in creating their value system.</p>
<p>Every time you come in contact with a person or a circumstance in your life that impacts you either negatively or positively, you do <strong>one of three things.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Assimilate it and store it away. </strong><br />
There are times when a daily event (or events) causes such an impact on you, that you spend some conscious time thinking about it. You may rehearse an experience (whether it be a good one or a bad one) for some time after the event.</p>
<p>Of course if it was a bad experience, then the emotions that keep coming back as you go over and over the situation in your mind will be negative.</p>
<p><a title="tweet this" href="http://www.twitter.com/home?status=http://sn.im/on6nn+Reading:+How+Daily+Impacts+And+Encounters+Affect+Your+Mind" target="blank"><img src="http://www.mindsetforliving.com/images/tweet.jpg" alt="Tweet this" align="left" /></a>If you allow these rehearsals to continue in your mind, the emotions you felt when the event happened will be stored away along with the memory. Then every time something similar happens in your future, those negative emotions will appear without control.</p>
<p>If it was a good experience, that same will happen, but in reverse. The experience will be stored in your mind as a positive memory and will be attached to a good emotional experience.</p>
<p><strong>Ignore it or filter it out. </strong><br />
Perhaps you have already been training your brain to stay on the positive. This will mean that you are already learning to filter out the negative impressions. You will not allow them to go into your subconscious mind and contaminate your belief and value system.</p>
<p>Of course this means that you will be always on the alert. There <strong>IS</strong> a war going on.</p>
<p>You are born a champion. You were born to conquer. But there is an enemy that is constantly attempting to pull you into the negative realm. To fight this war and win, you need to stay alert. Your mind needs to be <strong>ACTIVE.</strong></p>
<p>Now ignoring a situation is not the same as filtering it out. If you do not filter it out <strong>ACTIVELY</strong>, then simply ignoring the event will not be sufficient to stop it from reaching your subconscious mind. It will enter slip into into your value system unnoticed and be there to influence your reactions in the future.</p>
<p><strong>Make a decision based on the encounter. </strong><br />
<img src="http://mindsetforliving.com/images/dreamstime_4486778.jpg" alt="What will I do?" align="right" />This decision goes into your subconscious mind and becomes a part of your value system and also creates prejudices.</p>
<ul>
<li>This decision is going to enter your subconscious mind and affect your value and belief system.</li>
<li>This decision will influence future decisions in your life.</li>
<li>This is another reason that the decision to forgive (where there has been a negative encounter with another person) is so important. This decision will affect YOU more than it will affect the other person.</li>
<li>The decision you make will add to or take away from the foundation of beliefs and values that are already stored in your subconscious.</li>
<li>I am sure you can see that the decision you make needs to be a positive one. Make sure you note your decision in your journal. This will help you to commit yourself to the firm decision you made.</li>
</ul>
<p>Yes you <strong>CAN</strong> train your brain. You <strong>CAN</strong> change your belief and value system into one that will allow you to be the champion you were born to be. To do this you need to be alert and active in your mind.</p>
