<p>Actually all 4 of these hindrances can be summarized with word, and that word is fear. </p>
<p><strong>Let&#8217;s think about it for a second:</strong></p>
<p><strong>What creates doubt in your mind?</strong> Fear.<br />
Fear will make you doubt any decisions you make. Fear will make you doubt your ability to face a challenge and win or to carry out a task you have never done before. </p>
<p><strong>What causes you to procrastinate?</strong> Fear.<br />
You may fear that you may the wrong choice, so you delay taking action on your decision &#8220;just to make sure that the decision was the right one&#8221;. You may fear that that action you plan on taking may offend someone or cause a reaction you may fear facing. You get the picture right?</p>
<p><strong>What causes you to have low self-belief? </strong>Here is a question for you:<br />
Which matters more to you, what others think about you? Or what you have in your heart (your dreams and goals in life). </p>
<p>Yes, outside of God Himself, the only person who really knows what is in your heart is YOU. (And I DO highly recommend seeking God&#8217;s help and support in everything you do in life, and planting your faith first and foremost in Him and His Son). </p>
<p>The affirmation from the Lifestyle Freedom Club&#8217;s 210 Day Affirmation Challenge that we are looking at today is affirmation #136:</p>

<h3>I am free of fear, doubt, procrastination and low self-belief NOW</h3>

<p>(See the foot of this article for more details about this challenge). </p>
<p>This affirmation addresses all four of these negative hindrances, which we have already determined may actually be summed up in one word &#8211; FEAR. </p>
<p><strong>Today&#8217;s Challenge:</strong><br />
Take some time to reflect on your daily habits and ask yourself these questions: </p>
<ul>
<li>Is fear driving my life in any area?</li>
<li>How many of these four attitudes are affecting my life and in which areas?</li>
<li>What do I plan to do about it?</li>
</ul>
<p>Now take your journal, note or sheet of paper where you have written down today&#8217;s affirmation and declare it 5 times with a bold, strong voice. </p>
<p>Then declare it 7 times, in fact if you dare, continue to declare it until you sense a change in your present state. Do you feel bolder? More sure of yourself. </p>
<p>Good. Now take the action you wrote down in response to the question above: What do I plan to do about it?</p>

Have you been preparing for your breakthrough? </p>
<p>Mm, this question may have you thinking. Good. </p>
<p>Now here is a question that you may be asking:</p>
<p><strong><em>Just how DOES one prepare for a breakthrough?</em> </strong>Ah, that is a great question. </p>

Here are three top things you can do (and should be doing) every day that will guarantee to put you in a position to receive your breakthrough. </p></blockquote>
<p><strong>1. Develop a daily habit of personal development. </strong><br />
The first foundation to build into your life that will empower you to achieve your dreams is a daily disciplined habit of training your brain to focus on the positive. </p>
<p>You will achieve this by making sure that you feed your mind with  positive, inspirational words every day. </p>
<p>This is why it is so necessary to have a deliberate, disciplined plan of reading and listening to good inspirational teachings every day. </p>
<p>Remember in the <a href = "http://mindsetforliving.com/positive-focus-for-positive-living" title = "Positive Focus For Positive Living" target = "blank">last article</a> we talked about feeding your mind. Every word you read, listen to, think and act on is feeding your mind. </p>
<p>Make sure that what you are feeding your mind with WILL prepare you to receive the breakthrough that you desire to see in your life. </p>
<p><strong>2. Have you discovered your WHY? </strong><br />
What is your why? This is also known as your life purpose. You were born onto this earth for a purpose. </p>
<p>The greatest discovery you will ever make in this life is the discovery of your WHY. Once you have discovered your life purpose, create a plan of action that you can follow to achieve your why. Then <strong>TAKE ACTION </strong>. Follow your plan, taking one step every day.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s suppose you have decided to take a vacation in Yellowstone Park. </p>
<p>Would you start driving without a map? I am sure you would not. </p>
<p>Would you get out your map, plan your journey and then file your plan and forget about it? Of course not. That would not get you to your destination right? </p>
<p><strong><em>In order to arrive at your dream vacation (Yellowstone Park) you will:</em> </strong><br />
Plan your trip and then follow your plan (map), right?</p>
<p>In the same way, once you find your WHY (your destination), you need to create your plan and then take ACTION. Follow your plan and then you WILL soon be ready for your breakthrough! </p>
<p>How can I be so sure of that? Because, if you are following these 3 steps you are preparing for your breakthrough!</p>

I have been reading (well scanning) many of these emails for several years now and from my observation there is one common denominator. Anyone who appears to have suddenly arrived on the success did not actually get there overnight.

<p>This affirmation talks about achieving your why NOW, but it also gives you the key to being able to achieve it NOW.</p>
<p>The key is to build the foundation, and then the house CAN go up fast. </p></blockquote>
<p>One of the very essential ingredients in the foundation of your house of success is your daily learning program. Of course there is a lot of spontaneous learning experience in our daily lives as we encounter new things, ask questions and learn from the answers. </p>

<p>So now the challenge for you is to focus on deliberately sowing <strong>POSITIVE</strong> words. </p>
<p>One of the best ways to achieve this is by deliberately making daily affirmations. </p>
<p style = "text-align:center;"><strong>Daily diligent affirmations WILL change your life. </strong></p>
<p>Why?</p>
<p>Because your daily affirmations are positive seeds that you are sowing into your life. </p>
<p>And, when you sow a seed it will grow, especially when it is sown into good ground. </p>

<li>A plan of action and diligent daily action in accordance with your affirmations. </li>

<p>You might have decided you want to lose weight or perhaps simply live healthier. In order to achieve this goal you will need to make some very definite adjustments to your present life style. They may be small adjustments or they may be major disruptions. This will depend on how drastic a change you need to make and just how determined you are to achieve your goal.</p>
<p>You might have decided you want to change your thoughts because you understand that this will change your life. This is going to take some focused discipline and determination.</p>
<blockquote><p>Whatever firm decision of deliberate personal change you make, know this:</p>
<p>You have just made a declaration of war!</p></blockquote>
<p>As you act on your decision you will find yourself needing to move out of your comfort zone. Your life needs to change and change is not something that most human beings REALLY like. Change can be a threat to your sense of security, even when you know that the change is necessary.</p>
<ul>
<li>You know you need to break out of your present lifestyle patterns in order to reach your dreams.</li>
<li>You know that your present lifestyle patterns are actually destroying your dreams.</li>
<li>You know that you really don&#8217;t want to still be where you are now in 5 or 10 years time.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The three enemies that will try to stop you</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li> You will still find your inner self putting up a fight.</li>
<li> You will probably find some naysayers around you critising or scoffing at your effort.</li>
<li> There is a universal enemy out doing his best to pull everyone down to destruction.</li>
</ul>
<p>We find Jesus talking about this in John 10:10 (International Version) <em>&#8220;The <strong>thief</strong> <strong>comes</strong> only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.&#8221;. </em></p>
<p>This enemy is behind those negative thoughts, the negative words you hear and speak and anything else that is lanzed at you with the intention of destroying your dreams, your health and your life.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Are you prepared for war?</strong></p>
<p>So what will it take to evict the enemy and win this war?</p>
<p><strong>1. A Definite decision.</strong><br />
You will need to make a your decision a definite one, no &#8220;maybes&#8221; or let&#8217;s see how I go. You need to decide once and for all: &#8220;This is what I want, this is what it will take to get there and this is what I am going to do&#8221;.</p>
<p><strong>2. Determination and Discipline</strong><br />
It will take determination and discipline to change your diet, stop destructive habits and change your thinking patterns. Your  resolution to change will include a decision that you are going to do what it takes and push against old habits.</p>
<p><strong>3. Defined action plan.</strong><br />
To reach any destination, you need a map. If you are familiar with the area you are moving towards, this map may already in your mind. If you are moving into territory unknown to you, then you will carry a map to consult.</p>
<p>Create a written plan. Then break your plan down into a daily &#8220;to do list&#8221;. This plan will include one area of your thought life that you are focusing on making positive. It may be an area that you have spoken and thought many negative words about in the past. Now, you are focusing on turning this around. </p>
<p>Your map (plan) will focus on your destination. Your destination is success. You are planning to overcome all negative influences in your life and reach your success goals. </p>
<p>Always focus on your destination (your final goal). This will make it easier to exercise the determination and discipline you need evict any enemy you encounter as your move towards achieving your goal.</p>
<p>And don&#8217;t forget, you DO have the power to evict the enemy in your life  (if you choose to use it) because:</p>
