Positive Living Is a Life Of Conviction

Fear Be Gone Out Of My LifeThere are people who will tell you that they tried speaking affirmations and they did not work. This is because they did not speak them with conviction and follow through with action.

Simply repeating affirmations will not lead you to the positive living experience you are seeking to live. Positive living is a life of conviction!

The other two ingredients MUST be added to your words. Which ingredients?

1. Conviction
Conviction is absolute certainty. You cannot be absolutely convinced of something without emotion. Your emotions WILL be involved when you have reached a strong level of conviction.

Let’s take a look at today’s affirmation. Today is day 62 of the 210 day Affirmation Challenge that I am involved in and blogging about, and today the affirmation is actually a command.

Listen up and listen good Fear be gone NOW out of my life

The structure of these words reveal certainty and conviction. You are saying: Fear, I am in charge of my life and this is what you are going to do. Get out of my life NOW.

You can only declare these words effectively when you have a strong conviction. You can reach this level of conviction by constantly, diligently and consistently feeding your mind with positive words and acting on them.

2. Actions
Your actions will convince your mind that what you are speaking IS what you believe.

Words plus actions build strong conviction.

Let’s amplify this a little more:

Positive words plus bold positive risk taking actions build
strong solid positive convictions.

Actions is the second ingredient that needs to be added to words (or affirmations) to achieve the success you want in life.

It is interesting that this affirmation was not placed in the list until now, day 62. This means that if you have been following along with the 210 challenge, your brain has now heard many of these affirmations multiple times.

And if you have been taking the challenge to put your words into action, then you have been building strong positive conviction into your life. You will find yourself beginning to think more positively and live more positively.

I am persuaded that the best way to get rid of fear and all negative words and emotions from your mind and heart is by displacement.

This means you deliberately speak positive words and expose yourself to positive impressions that will fill your mind and leave no room for the negative to stay.

Then once you have built your strong conviction and fear or any other negative emotion tries to attack now you have the authority to take control:

Listen up and listen good Fear be gone NOW out of my life

Speak these words today with conviction!

You were born a champion

One of the best ways to displace all of those negative words and emotions from your heart and mind is to is to become actively involved in a daily affirmation plan that will give you direction and keep you motivated and inspired.

The challenge that I am following is the 210 Day Lifestyle Freedom Club Affirmation Challenge:Go to the Lifestyle Freedom Club Blog. You can find out more by clicking on this link, then click on the menu at the top that says: “Affirmation Challenge”.
