Affirmations

One great way to train your brain for success is to get involved in a structured affirmation plan.

On July 1st of 2010 I took the challenge to participate in the Lifestyle Freedom Club 210 Day Affirmation Challenge. This is a great experience, and my life is taking a very positive turn as a result of following this challenge.

I really do encourage you to follow this challenge. You can start at any time. Your 210 Days will start the day you decide to accept this challenge. You will be glad you did!

As I followed this plan of affirmations, on my Day 55 I took a step beyond my initial decision and decided to blog about one of the affirmations each day for the full 210 Days. This is a great experience for me too. I trust that you will enjoy the articles and that they will help you to take action as you follow the plan to declare these affirmations.

Note: When you decide to get involved in this program, you will be adding to your collection of affirmations every day, starting from Day 1.

This means that on Day 1 you will be declaring 1 affirmation, Day 2 – 2 affirmations, Day 100 – the 100 affirmations you have accumulated, all the way up to Day 210 when yes, you will be declaring a total of 210 Affirmations.
