I love to challenge myself – do you? I know you do.
How do I know?
Because you are a champion, and champions are always challenging themselves to become better and better at what they do.
The first step to challenge yourself to do is to change your words!
Learn to speak challenging words to yourself every day! Every second of every day!
One of the best ways to train your brain to do this naturally, is to have a consistent daily action plan. This is why I took on the challenge of 210 Daily Affirmations (When you follow this link, click on the link at the top of that page that says “Affirmation Challenge”).
I am loving it! Today is Day 57 (for me). The great thing about this challenge is that you have not missed the starting line. You can enter today and you will finish 210 days from today.
Here’s a secret:
I know that will not be in this challenge for 210 days. What? you may be thinking. How could I encourage you to enter when I say I won’t be here for 210 days? Ah, how quickly we come to conclusions right?
What I really mean is that I know that I will not STOP at 210 days! I know that those 210 will have built a foundation in my life that will make me more unstoppable than ever!!
